Steve Kish the Magician 

Steve Kish the Magician  has travelled around the world for over 40 years and performed 1000’s of live shows. He has also performed on television and won awards for his magical performances. Steve Kish began his career in Magic at the age of 10. He was a young member of the San Diego Junior Magicians where he routinely competed at regional Magic Conventions and established himself as a working professional Magician. He started performing professional magic when for kid's birthday parties in 1977.  He also regularly performed at adult dinner parties when he was a teenager.  In his youth, he joined the San Diego Junior Magicians, the Pacific Coast Association of Magicians, the Society of American Magicians, and the International Brotherhood of Magicians.  

In the 1980’s, Steve Kish studied at UCLA and was a performing member of Hollywood’s famous “Magic Castle.” Steve was an active member in the Academy of Magical Arts. He was influenced at an early age by Dai Vernon, Doug Henning, David Copperfield, Paul Harris, Brad Burt, Eugene Burger among many other well known Magicians.  In the 1990’s Steve Kish joined the East Coast Association of Magicians. He travelled the world and performed in South America, the Middle East, and South Asia. Kish has performed for heads of State, Minister level dignitaries, U.S. Diplomats, as well as our U.S. Armed Forces stationed in war zones overseas. In the middle of the Iraq War, Steve Kish performed weekly for injured U.S. troops in Baghdad.

For the past 20 years, Steve Kish the Magician has been based in Ashburn, Virginia.  He is a local Magician; although, he still travels and performs throughout the region.  He regularly performs for fairs, festivals, community events, school assemblies, children centers, corporations, client appreciation events, company parties, trade shows, summer camps, retirement communities and children’s birthday parties.  He performs hundreds of shows for live audiences each year.
